Liz Lagone, MPH

Liz Lagone, MPH is the head of health policy at Facebook, where she advises and supports teams working on health and well-being content, resources, product policies, and new features to ensure that the company is addressing the needs of a global diverse community of users. Prior to joining Facebook, she was the Vice President of Government Programs and Behavioral Health at CipherHealth, a health technology company focused on patient engagement and outreach. Previously, as the Director of Primary Care Strategy and Improvement at New York City’s public hospital system, she designed, implemented, and managed Medicaid innovation initiatives focused on integrating primary care, behavioral health, and care management services for over 2 million New Yorkers. Liz earned her MPH from Columbia University and a BA from the University of Michigan.

Christopher M. Jones, PharmD, DrPH, MPH, CAPT

Senior Advisor and Associate Director for Strategy and Innovation, CDC Injury Center

Dr. Christopher Jones currently serves as Senior Advisor to the Injury Center Director and as the Associate Director for Strategy and Innovation in the CDC Injury Center where provides strategic policy and scientific direction and coordination on a broad range of injury and violence topics including drug overdose, suicide, and adverse childhood experiences. Dr. Jones has previously held leadership positions at SAMHSA, FDA, and the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation at HHS.

Elad Yom-Tov is a Senior Principal Researcher at Microsoft Research and a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. His work focuses on using internet data to improve health and medicine

Senior Scientist and Director of the Health Media Impact and Digital Analytics Program, RTI International

Annice Kim, PhD is Senior Scientist and Director of the Health Media Impact and Digital Analytics Program at RTI International. Dr. Kim analyzes emerging public health issues on social media and evaluates the impact of digital health education campaigns for state and federal health agencies including the FDA and CDC
